 This is the very latest version of the Osram Oslon Black 850nm IR LED with an output of 1340mW at 1A and 2000mW at 1.5A
If driven at full power this is almost twice the output of the old SFH 4715S Osram Oslon Black.
Running at full power this will create additional heat so we have reflowed these onto the industry leading 20mm dia Bergquist Oslon star with high temperature lead free solder.
Warning: Use only with the correct driver and ensure the use of thermal paste between the star and pill / heatsink.
